About the Event

Physical Location: WHS Museum, 100 Halfmoon Pond Road, Washington, NH  03280

Please join us for an evening of free entertainment and refreshments at the Museum as several local artists entertain us with the relaxing Chamber Music of Mozart and Schubert, played on piano and violin.

The piano is our own historic Chickering Square Grand Piano, made by Jonas Chickering in Boston circa 1835 - 1840, freshly tuned for this occasion!  This piano has a long connection to the history of Washington, having for many years been passed down in the family of Shubael (1823-1908) & Clara (May) Hurd (1827-1912) before being generously donated to us in 2012 by David and Monica Wood.

The talented local performers for this wonderful evening will be:

Sharon Myer, violin

Steve Yusko, piano

Jeff Binckes, piano
